Got7 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the got7 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the got7 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated into this document by reference.
Use of the got7 platform is limited to individuals who:
- Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
- Are resident in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities;
- Are not on any self-exclusion list or relevant restriction programme;
- Use your account in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
Got7 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements above, you are not permitted to use this platform. got7 is not responsible for any use that violates these eligibility conditions.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the got7 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice and without refund of any related balance.
Your account responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
- You must notify got7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activity on your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility until got7 receives official notice of unauthorised access.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and withholding of balances.
Prohibited conduct
- Using automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to interact with the platform;
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors for unfair advantage;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results;
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful purposes.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the got7 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). got7 accepts deposits via local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Deposit terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. got7 does not accept third-party deposits.
- Got7 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal terms
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the account holder's name.
- Got7 reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements tied to promotions you have accepted. Please review the relevant promotion terms before accepting any bonus.
- Withdrawal processing times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
Got7 reserves the right to hold or delay a withdrawal where there is any suspicion of fraud or a breach of these terms while an investigation is conducted.
4. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Got7's limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, got7 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors.
The got7 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. got7 reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual property
All content on the got7 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the exclusive property of got7 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from got7.
Account suspension and closure
Got7 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or at got7's absolute discretion for other reasonable cause. Where an account is closed due to a breach, got7 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The got7 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience only. got7 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of any third-party link is entirely at your own risk. got7 makes no warranties or representations regarding the content or security of such third-party sites.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Got7 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the got7 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the got7 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to a tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction.
